2. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases made on our site. Please ensure you are satisfied with your selection before completing the transaction. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for defective goods or any matter where it would be unlawful to do so. Your statutory rights are not affected.

3. No Returns

We do not accept returns for any products. Please ensure your purchase is correct before completing the transaction. Our furniture is handmade to order, and as such each item is crafted specifically for you.

If goods are delivered damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence at info@alibabafurniture.co.uk. We will assess the issue and respond at our discretion.

4. Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, for example if a product becomes unavailable or if we identify a pricing error. In such cases we will contact you promptly.

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.

5. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken at the time of order. All card payments are processed securely — we do not store your full card details.

6. Delivery

We deliver across Yorkshire using our own team and vehicles. Delivery to other UK locations is available — please contact us for a quote before placing your order.

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date after your order is confirmed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
